FBN Academy - Boards

FBN Switzerland is pleased to present an FBN Academy Workshop on 11 May 2026 at the Zunfthaus zur Schmiden in Zurich, focusing on the role of the Board of Directors in family businesses.

Far more than a formal governing body, the board plays a central role in guiding strategic development, ensuring continuity, and supporting succession across generations. This workshop will offer reflections on the evolution of the board, the involvement of family members, the preparation of the next generation, and the board’s wider responsibility in shaping the future of the family enterprise.

The workshop will be led by Harry Korine and Michael Hilb, both internationally recognised for their work in governance, board effectiveness, and succession in family businesses.
